GARY MCINTOSH was raised in Amarillo, Texas, 3rd of 4 children. He worked on a cousin’s farm and ranch as a young teenager. Gary graduated from Tascosa High School and went to work for SPS in January of 1978 and retired after 41 years. Gary started playing guitar in 4th grade with a preference for classic country. RONNIE NEUSCH was raised on a farm NE of Amarillo and 18 miles west of Panhandle in Potter County, Texas. Ronnie was the oldest of 6 children and attended Catholic school until it closed at St. Francis. He went to Highland Park in the 6th – 9th grade and graduated from Caprock High School in 1986. He then graduated from West Texas State University in1973 with a bachelors degree in Plastics Technology . While growing up on the farm, he had a love of music because his mom and dad would sing while they were working and always enjoyed listening to music. He got his first harmonica at about 10 years old. He made noise with a “harp”, as they sometimes called it, off and on for the next 30 years or so. He always dreamed of performing someday. He met Gary McIntosh in the 70’s, not knowing he played music, and didn’t see hi again until 2013. Since that time they have been playing and singing music together. In 2000, he wrote his first song, “Blessings in Disguise”. That and all subsequent songs are stories of his life farming and ranching.
